Himalayan singing bowls, when played, bathe the body and auric field in sound frequencies that reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, can enhance immune system, and encourage a meditative state.  

As the bowls are chimed, on and around the body, the frequencies help release tension, ease stress, and offer a deep relaxation, assisting the body to return to balance and harmony.
